Cannect is comprised of industry leaders who have dedicated their lives to building the best food and beverage, entertainment and nightlife brands in Las Vegas. Our team members have developed, managed and owned hospitality venues within MGM Resorts, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Station Casinos, Starwood Resorts and Morgans Hotel Group properties.
Now, Cannect is infusing the cannabis space with full spectrum hospitality experience to provide solutions ranging from concept creation to grand opening and beyond. Since 2017 we have curated events for and with High Times, Dope Magazine, Women Grow, NORML, Cannabition, Culture & Cannabis and so many more.
Our Executive Team has been working with state and local governments in Colorado, California, Nevada, Illinois and more to introduce sensible regulations, compliant SOPs and responsible safe-serving practices regarding the social consumption of cannabis for years. Guest safety is our number one priority.

Partner & General Counsel
Aaron is a Nevada licensed attorney with a focus on business law, tax laws and splitting his time between litigation and transactional practice. Having graduated with a degree in hospitality from UNLV, Aaron worked for The Light Group during the opening of City Center and managed the overall guest experience across over a dozen venues in the MGM Resorts portfolio. Aaron gained international hospitality experience working for Starwood Resorts in Singapore. Now, when Aaron is not drafting joint venture agreements, reviewing the Internal Revenue Code, nor playing poker, he is busy crafting cannabis-oriented business plans and events. Aaron has a keen eye for compliance issues while being able to simultaneously keep tabs on the ever-changing legal landscape that envelops the cannabis industry

During the first 12 years of her career in Las Vegas, Jenn Tramaglino served as Chief of Staff developing, marketing and operating nightclubs, bars, pools + restaurants with The Light Group, MGM Resorts, Morgans Hotel Group and Station Casinos. After spending time living in Amsterdam and learning Dutch Cannabis hospitality Jenn T., moved back to Vegas and joined the team at Dope Magazine to launch their regional Nevada Magazine. It was this time she realized there was a need in the market for a bridge between Cannabis Retail and Guest Hospitality. As a long time Cannabis Medicine Advocate, Jenn T. hopes to help spread the word about Cannabis changing lives thru the magic of strategic marketing & media. Her ultimate goal being to assist brands and locations with getting in front of as many of the right consumers as possible while promoting Cannabis education, awareness and consumer safety.
ANDREW MIEURE
Director of Operations
As a Budtending Strategist, Andrew facilitates the responsible consumption of cannabis and creates intelligent budtending solutions within the retail, social consumption and nightlife spaces. Over the past 4 years, he has successfully served cannabis to over 20,000+ guests, at 150+ events spanning 5 legal cannabis states. He has been quoted in High Times, Rolling Stone, CNN, FOX, VICE and Newsweek for advice on serving cannabis to guests in wedding, event and nightlife settings. When he's not behind the bud bar serving guests, he is working with state and local governments to create standard operating procedures, safe serving practices and sensible regulations regarding the social consumption of cannabis.
