Aaron is a Nevada licensed attorney with a focus on business law, tax laws and splitting his time between litigation and transactional practice. Having graduated with a degree in hospitality from UNLV, Aaron worked for The Light Group during the opening of City Center and managed the overall guest experience across over a dozen venues in the MGM Resorts portfolio.
Aaron gained international hospitality experience working for Starwood Resorts in Singapore. Now, when Aaron is not drafting joint venture agreements, reviewing the Internal Revenue Code, nor playing poker, he is busy crafting cannabis-oriented business plans and events.
Aaron has a keen eye for compliance issues while being able to simultaneously keep tabs on the ever-changing legal landscape that envelops the cannabis industry

Jenn Tramaglino served as Chief of Staff and Partner, at The Light Group & Clique Hospitality, respectively during 2004-2015. During her time working with these world-renowned food and beverage companies; she developed marketed and operated nightclubs, bars, pools and restaurants for MGM Resorts, Morgans Hotel Group and Station Casinos.
Upon returning from living in Amsterdam in 2016, Jenn T. joined the team at national cannabis media powerhouse, DOPE Magazine, to launch their footprint in the Nevada Market.
With the passing of legalized adult-use cannabis in 2017, Jenn T. realized there was a need for a bridge between cannabis retail and guest hospitality. This creative spark culminated in the 2018 launch of Cannect Hospitality, a cannabis focused, hospitality development and events company. Guest, staff, and vendor safety is the focus as Cannect Hospitality works to introduce sensible regulations, compliant SOPs and responsible safe practices for the industry.

Since 2014, Andrew Mieure has advised on and developed numerous social consumption programs for clients across the United States, including; S.O.P. menu development, compliance, staffing, and execution programs for dispensary and lounge consulting projects in Southern and Northern California, Colorado, Northern and Southern Nevada, Missouri, Illinois and South Dakota.
For the past 8 years, Andrew has been working with state and local governments to create standard operating procedures, safe serving practices and sensible regulations regarding the social consumption of cannabis.
Andrew has been quoted in High Times, Rolling Stone, CNN, FOX, VICE and Newsweek for advice on serving cannabis to guests in wedding, event and nightlife settings.
